Made the deal, they came to pick up the car when they said and delivered it early. Open transport and there were no scratches or dirtier than expected. What more could you ask for? If I ever have to do this again, I would call Henry right away.

Not knowing better I went through U-Ship to get my classic 1986 Saab 900s moved from Nebraska to West Virginia. Henry with HJM shipping had it picked up by Scania Transportation within hours of me booking them through U-Ship. The car made it to WV with no issues after 5 days on the road.
My only critiques about the whole process are more on the trucking company, Scania Transportation than HJM shipping. There was almost no communication at all from them to me on where the car was and when it was going to be delivered and when I called their office in the morning I was met with a pretty strong attitude about it being early, that they are out of Washington State and I woke the guy up, not my fault their office line is someone’s cell phone! The trucking company was held up a few days for something that was 100% out of HJM shipping’s hands and never got back to me so I waited around most of the weekend for nothing until I got Henry involved. He had them on the phone to me within minutes! The most important thing is the car made it to me in the same condition it was in when it left NE and the driver for Scania was nice and helpful; he also really liked my car! All and all a 5-star job! Thanks again!

Excellent experience with this shipper, Dan with HJM was knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate to book my shipment, it was even picked up earlier than expected, Also Tim with Jorgensen Brothers Trucking out of Nebraska kept in contact until delivery which was made on time. Tim was very professional. Give this shipper 5 out of 5 stars. I would reuse and recommend any day. By far the best experience I’ve had with shippers !!

Henry was upfront and truthful about every step in this process! For a person who doesn’t trust anyone I totally trust Henry! The price of the transport was what he told me not a penny more! The car arrived on time which was only 4 days! Arrived with no damage. I wish the rest of my move went this smoothly!! I must have called him 20 times and asked him questions, he answered all of them with kindness even if they were stupid ones!
I would recommend HJM Transport to anyone!

Henry was great to work with. After dealing with another company that was holding my deposit for 1 1/2 months (!) I couldn’t deal with it anymore. I finally got smart and found Henry online. Best decision I ever made. His rate was slightly higher, but my car was picked up 2 days after our first communication. I couldn’t believe it, completely amazed me. The car had a long haul, too. All the way from Truckee, CA to Charleston, SC. It was picked up on Saturday and in my driveway early Friday AM. Henry was polite, professional, and honest. He was in constant touch keeping me informed about everything. I couldn’t ask for anything more. 9 days from first phone call to delivery, doesn’t get any better!
